All eyes will be on the Tennessee Titans in 2026 NFL free agency, as the franchise is slated to have over $100 million in cap space and have a plethora of needs to address.
Obviously, free agency isn’t a place to build your roster; that’s what the draft is for. However, teams can find impactful starters during the signing period as well, and there is one starting offensive lineman who is set to hit free agency that the Titans should sign to protect Cam Ward.

Titans should sign Guard Isaac Seumalo in free agency
Tennessee will need to address the guard position this offseason, as Kevin Zeitler is expected to depart in free agency, meaning the Titans will need a new right guard.
Peter Skoronski was one of the best left guards in football in 2025, so he’ll hold it down there. For right guard, Tennessee should spend some money and sign Pittsburgh Steelers free agent Isaac Seumalo.
Seumalo has played left guard for Pittsburgh over the last three seasons, but he also has experience at right guard, starting all 17 games and the playoffs at the position for the Philadelphia Eagles during their Super Bowl run in 2022. He won a championship with the Eagles in 2017.
In the past four seasons, Seumalo has allowed under 30 quarterback pressures in each year, and allowed just 15 quarterback pressures in 2025, though he did surrender three sacks.
From 2022 to 2024, Seumalo allowed just three sacks, including a zero-sack campaign in 2023.
Seumalo is an excellent pass-blocker and would provide the Titans with an experienced starter on the interior of the offensive line to protect Ward. The 32-year-old would be an upgrade over Zeitler.
Spotrac projects Seumalo will land a contract worth $9.6 million per year. That would be a bargain for a player who has been a solid starter for nearly a half-decade and hasn’t shown much decline with age.
Signing Seumalo to replace Zeitler at right guard is a no-brainer for the Titans. His 104 career starts and pass-blocking prowess jump out and should entice general manager Mike Borgonzi on the open market.
